Zero-emission NEV – rear wheel powered trike

Jun 17, 2009
This neighborhood electric vehicle is a home made trike invented by Vietnamese designer Minh Duong. It appears to be sustainable zero emission car which boasts a range of 20 miles. This green vehicle is powered by electricity and offers its top speed of up to 40 miles per hour which is quite good for a home made model.

This environmentally friendly vehicle features just three wheels but it does not seem to be a problem for its driving performance. The vehicle is designed to be powered by a 7.1 KWt battery. In addition to that, this electric vehicle is made of fiberglass material and apparently is a nice car for relaxed city driving.

This is a rear wheel driven vehicle which is powered by a top notch AC induction engine by means of customary motorcycle chain. Besides, this electric trike has 35 horsepower thanks to its electric engine. Additionally, this zero emission vehicle is capable of accelerating from 0 to 60 miles per hour just for 10 seconds.
