No exterior modifications needed on car

In contrast to conventional auxiliary lights, Rayzer is positioned inside the car. The combination of the positioning, the HID (Xenon) lighting technology and the design sets it apart from anything else in the global market.

Rayzer solves a long list of problems associated with traditional auxiliary lights, such as theft, poor light quality, damage from stones and parking accidents.

The positioning at or above the driver’s line of vision, produces better illumination. Plus, the fact that Rayzer will not disturb your car’s appearance and aerodynamics.

new Super Magnetic Thinking Putty
Remember playing with Silly Putty as a child? Now try adult-sized handfuls of Thinking Putty. Just like the putty of your youth. It bounces, tears, snaps, and stretches. I created Thinking Putty to survive long meetings, tedious desk work, and relieve stress during my stint working in corporate America.

I think I've upped the coolness level with my latest creation: Strange Attractor, the super-magnetic Thinking Putty toy.

It will envelop magnets like the Blob. It can be drawn into a tendril which a magnet will suspend in space. It can even rise up against gravity. Once you feel the putty pull powerfully towards a magnet, you'll be hooked by the spooky action at a distance.

James Bond style license plate flipper for cars and bikes
OK, not really James Bond like, but almost similar. You can now flip the license plate of your car or bike and show a message to the guys behind you. Of course, it has to be a short and insightful message like "make love, not war", "love thy neighbor", "flower power". No, not that kind of short messages!

8 watt pc - ideal for robotics
What you're looking at is a tiny computer (the little box the mouse is plugged into), that uses ~8 watts, running off a beach-towel-sized solar panel.

No more large-base linux robots! You could probably run this thing on D-cell batteries, and without the GUI, I bet they'll last quite a while too.

Oh yea, and they're only about \$250 (or \$120, I'm not sure if the two are exactly the same)

Chevrolet Loc8tor or The Story of The Noisy Parking Lot
Once upon a time, people used to shop for Christmas. And every time they went to the magic shop also known as Mall they had a realy big problem: they forgot where they put their horses. Or deers. Or ponies. Or whatever dog they used to get there.

So, what would a good fairytale hero do? Of course, he ,or she, to be politically correct, would teach their animals human language. Yes, they would give them the gift of speaking.

Ultra Wideband Tutorials
Ultra Wideband (UWB) systems transmit signals across a much wider frequency than conventional systems and are usually very difficult to detect. The amount of spectrum occupied by a UWB signal, i.e. the bandwidth of the UWB signal is at least 25% of the center frequency. Thus, a UWB signal centered at 2 GHz would have a minimum bandwidth of 500 MHz and the minimum bandwidth of a UWB signal centered at 4 GHz would be 1 GHz. The most common technique for generating a UWB signal is to transmit pulses with durations less than 1 nanosecond.

In 2008, UWB Takes the World
It has taken a long time, but ultrawideband (UWB) may finally have its first chip ready to run worldwide.

Fabless chip designer Alereon today announced that its AL5000 family – which includes the AL5300 Dual Role Device MAC/Baseband Processor and the AL5100 RF Transceiver – runs in frequencies from 3.1 to 10.6 GHz. That covers all 14 radio bands used by UWB across the globe. It supports the WiMedia standard, which is used for Certified Wireless USB and will be the basis for high-speed Bluetooth 3.0 in the future. Current UWB products on the market, like the \$200 Belkin Cable-Free USB hub, can’t be used just anywhere due to the frequencies in use and the regulatory restrictions in various countries.

Intel's UWB vision
Intel's vision of UWB radio is of a "Common UWB Radio Platform" spanning many different applications and industries (see graphic). UWB radio, along with the convergence layer, becomes the underlying transport mechanism for different applications.

Intel believes that UWB, with its technical and economic advantages, should help enable mainstream adoption of WPANs. Intel envisions a world of pervasive wirelessly connectivity in the home and in the office for all- UWB can help deliver on that vision

Ultra-wideband
Ultra-wideband (UWB, ultra-wide band, ultraband, etc.) is a radio technology. It can be used at very low energy levels for short-range high-bandwidth communications by using a larger portion of the radio spectrum. This method is using pulse coded information with sharp carrier pulses at a bunch of center frequencies in logical connex. UWB has traditional applications in non cooperative radar imaging. Most recent applications target sensor data collection, precision locating and tracking applications.
