Soliloquy – new prodigy of green technology

A new super yacht concept was created by Alastair Callender from Callender Designs. Neing 58 meters long, his gorgeous brainchild is expected to be powered by wind and solar. Called Soliloquy, this wonderful super yacht appears to be an eco friendly yacht but with no sailing background.

High efficiency sailing propulsion is achieved owing to the moder technology and automation of Solar Sailor Holdings Ltd’s solar sail pivot. Its hull is perfect with capacity to reach a stunning cruising speed under sail and/or electric engine. The whole interior is constructed from renewable materials.

This sailing stunner with its exquisite 1:48 scaled model is expected to be seen at Coventry University showcase from 30th of May to 4th of June this year. This gorgeously looking rigid wing super yacht concept represents a new vision of how futuristic luxury sailing yacht should look like.

The modern technology used for the Soliloquy makes it possible for its 3 solar sails to independently rotate up to 360 degrees creating perfect propulsion efficiency.

Soliloquy super yacht boasts wobble-free, low noise, fuel cost effective sailing yacht to be standing out in a crowd. This super yacht does not require much power and features its exclusive ever evolving super structure having noticeable looks. Soliloquy will be capable top house up to 12 marine guests with roomy inside and outside socializing area as well as alfresco living space situated in the main deck of the super yacht.

The yacht’s rig features a new touch-button control system while each solar sail being capable to be turned to the sun to create solar power accumulation.
