First self-powered rotating skyscrapers are going to decorate the skyline of Dubai. The Dynamic Architecture’s skyscraper appears to be the world’s first moving building. Jaw-dropping eco-friendly skyscrapers are set to be built in Dubai by 2010. Wind-powered skyscrapers are a brainchild of David Fisher who is an Italian architect specialized in Dynamic Architecture. These wind-powered constructions made of natural and recyclable materials including both insulated glass and insulating panels. The skyscrapers are over 400 meters tall with 80 independently rotating floors and they are reported to be highly resistant to earthquakes. The skyscrapers are going to be rotated independently and be fitted with 48 wind turbines able to generate and provide its own electricity. Overall cost will amount to 0m with customized apartments but it does not seem to be a problem for Dubai. Apartment price at .7m - m but it is worth buying it since such apartments are going to be always in demand. Every single apartment will be rotating independently, making it possible for its end users to change the view by touch of the button. Apartments also include indoor swimming pools, parking lots as well as voice controlled systems.
The horizontal turbines are designed to produce power, allowing its mute operation. There are also solar panels placed on every roof of the floor, so that roofs can have 20%access to the sun.
