Music changes its shape

Apr 27, 2008
The cone shape has always been a natural one for sound enhancement and projection. The fact, that conical horns were used a long time ago when circus hosts announced some daring feat of high-wire acrobatics and are still used these days, shows that the cone is probably the first and the best idea in sound delivery. However there isn't a great variety of acoustic systems that possess such a shape. Designer Paul Scarfe tried to solve this problem.

He took a cone, added the purity of glass to this equation and designed the speaker called "Aura". So by using molded glass to focus and precisely deliver the high frequencies (treble) and the standard bottom shooting bass arrangement, he managed to combine a clean all-in-one silhouette with audio precision. Thus his gadget represents quite a wonderful combination of stylish and efficient device.

Taking into consideration the main characteristics of given device I think that it would soon become very popular, because to my mind there are a lot of people who are really bored with all those usual speakers which are similar enough. Yet it will be possible, just in case this gadget proves its efficiency and functionality.
