Although the first men visited moon in 1969, even now it's hardly possible to find someone who managed to repeat this achievement. Despite this fact almost everybody would like to go there or at least to find him/herself near the moon. But in the near future it wouldn't be probably possible for these dreams to be fulfilled. Maybe there is another solution to satisfy our wishes?
The creation of Sotirios Papadopoulos for Ennezero seems to be a decent way to do so. His gadget named "Fullmoon" represents sideboard furniture that has the ability to create special effects in the dark. It was created using ecologically safe paint (ELI – ecolight inside) and glows in the dark. The good news is that it does not need any electricity, because its covering is just paint. This gadget really produces an impression of being near the moon. Moreover it performs its basic functions, i.e. serving as furniture. Thus those people who like looking at the moon can purchase this gadget in order to have the opportunity to do so everyday, even if it's new moon. So if you really want to become the owner of this concept remember that the "Fullmoon" will be on-view at the SOHO temporary gallery in Milan during the "DemoSign" exhibition in April 18-20, 2008.
