Artificial intelligence no longer fiction

Feb 19, 2008
US inventor has predicted that we will soon be able to implant tiny robots into people’s brains to make us more intelligent. Like the cast of the 1966 film Fantastic Voyage, "We'll have intelligent nanobots go into our brains through the capillaries and interact directly with our biological neurons"

Artificial intelligence (AI) refers to something that was built able to think on its own. If you want to know more about the practicalities of it I would suggest wikipedia. If you are more interested in the concept of it, I would suggest reading Isaac Asimov's Scifi books focusing on robots, or watching AI, or the Bicentennial Man, both of which are based on his books. (So is I Robot, but the story is so warped it is a completely different story.)

My friends and I don't know much about Artificial intelligence. Could you please give more information on this?
