MyVu is the company that one of the first ones has created a head mounted display for just $ 199. This fact will make this wonderful gadget more popular than those expensive goggles-displays. The displays it has are basic ones that we have reviewed earlier. Its main feature is that this thing can be connected to iPod. I assume that if it works with iPod why wouldn't it work with iPhone, what do you think?
Well, its price makes this gadget attract attention because the ones created long before cost $ 300 - 00 which makes them 2-3 times more expensive then iPods themselves.
When attached MyVu to iPod it will be powered up by your iPod or you can buy an optional Li-ion battery. It will work for up to 8 hours without a recharge. The battery though adds weight and would not be as comfortable to wear MyVy head mounted display.
The earbuds are made well, in order to supports video iPod's wonderful sound. They used a special noise-cancelling technology, and you will not se a whole lot with these video goggles so don't use them in public or you will get in trouble.
