If PS3 is not only about gaming for you and you like watching high quality videos on your console then this gadget is right for you. One more weird thing about this remote is that it has no power button. There is a PS button in the center of the remote. If you want to turn the console off you got to go through PlayStation's menus to turn its power off.
The best part I like about this remote is that it is Bluetooth enabled. It uses Bluetooth technology and that means that you do not need to point it at anything if you want to switch to another movie. There would be no issues if there is an obstacle on the signal's way.
It runs on two AA batteries that will last pretty long. Of course depending on the batteries you buy. Installation process is very easy but you got to have your PlayStation 3 connected to the internet. It updates the PS3's software that will support the remote's work. If your console is not connected to the internet all you got to do is make an update CD on your PC and run it on PS3.
This is a must have thing if you want to enjoy watching movies on your console. It is convenient, sleek and looks pretty cool like all the PlayStation 3 accessories.
