One other frustrating thing is that you have to switch from "Learned" mode to the Xbox mode. It will not control the Xbox and the TV without switching from one mode to another. Besides, it is almost impossible to press buttons very fast because it will just skip the commands you are entering.
There is a function of backlighting the keys, however the button you press to turn it on might send the signal to your TV that you did not really want to. Besides, the backlight comes on for about 1 second and you will be lucky to find and then not forget the button you where looking for. It is all due to the use of AAA batteries; in order not to use them out very fast the light comes on for such a short period of time.
Generally despite all these problems Intelligent Remote 360 is a pretty good thing and you can configure it to control any device in your house. Its cost is $ 20 and I think that it is better to pay $ 20 for this one then more than $ 100 for some tough brand universal remote control.
