It is hardly possible to make your Xbox 360 portable but MojoPlay has invented the Xbox 360 portable LCD display - MP-920 XB. The display has an AC cord and no batteries so it will be as portable as the length of the cord allows it.This display is 9.2 inch LCD monitor that can be integrated right on the top of your Xbox 360 console. It has a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels which is pretty high for such a small monitor. It is not bigger then the body of Xbox 360 and you can fold it while it is strapped on the console.

I wonder why they call it portable. The only reason you can call it that is that you can take it to your friend's house to play with him some games on two Xbox's. The great idea is to take it with you on some trip, however you got to think about the power supply for it.
