Jabra 620s is intended to work with multimedia systems that are Bluetooth enabled and has some multimedia control buttons.
Sagem SH1 is intended to work more with the cell phone and not the multimedia systems.

Design and size
These both gadgets look alike and they have the same principles of work. The speakers cover the ears and the connecting arc is going around the back of the head. Both arcs have no size adjustments. The materials they are made of are high level; Jabra's plastic feels like it is harder and the Sagem plastic's surface feels more like rubber.
They are pretty much the same size; however Sagem SH1 has a small advantage. You can fold the Sagem headphones sot that they will take less space in your bag. Who would like to carry his stereo set in his bag?
Functions and control buttons
Jabra 620s has more control buttons then the Sagem stereo Bluetooth set because it is intended to work with multimedia systems more. The buttons are placed on both speakers; on the left one there are volume control buttons, and on the right one there are next/previous track buttons. Besides, that the central buttons on the speakers have functions too. The left button has functions of call answer, call end and calling the last dialed number. The right speaker button has a play/pause function when working with your PC or PPC. However, this button worked only with the standard Windows Media Player.
Sagem has its control buttons positioned differently and there are less buttons on Sagem SH1 as a result less functions. Its control buttons are placed only on the right speaker. There are volume control buttons and the answer /hang up/ dial last number button. It is more comfortable to work with the control buttons on Sagem because they have pretty big dots on it so that you know what button it is.
Charging and batteries work
You can charge Jabra 620s from any PC that has a USB port, the only thing that you need for that is the mini-USB cable to plug into your Jabra set. It will take about two hours to fully charge these headphones' battery.
Charging Sagem is a bit more difficult but it will still take about two hours to fully charge its battery. There is an adapter that will allow you to charge the headphones with the same charger that you use for your phone. This allows you to take only one charger for two gadgets. However, the cell phone has to be Sagem too. So you are going to need to carry around another charger.
The both sets have shown pretty good results when tested on the working time. We where listening to the music for about 16 hours until they have turned off. Actually that is the time they have written on the package.
There is a different situation with Sagem SH1. It says that they will work 7 hours when speaking. We where speaking for 15 hours until it has turned off. So Sagem has really lowered its product's possibilities.
Distance of work and sound quality
The sound quality is pretty much the same and it is not bad. However, if you go farther then 5 meters from your multimedia device the sound will become not clear. It is still better then having a 1.6 meter cable that will limit you in moving around the room.
LED indicators
There are Led indicators on both stereo headsets however they are totally different.
Sagem has one LED that blinks blue when the device is working and it blinks red when the device is being charged. Very simple and take almost no battery power.
Jabra 620s has two LED's and they are not just small blinking dots. The whole circle around the middle function buttons on both speakers blink with blue. They take turns to blink so you look like a police car or like an ambulance when walking with them. You can turn this function of but it will stop the blinking only for 10 minutes. You just need to press the two big function buttons on both speakers at the same time to stop the LED's blinking.
Microphone
Microphone is one of the most important things that the hands-free accessory has to have. And the microphones on both sets are pretty good. However, Sagem SH1 does a better job in that.
Sagem SH1 has two microphones as opposed to Jabra's one microphone. One of them is directed towards your mouth and the other one is placed near the charging plug and listens to the atmospheric sound. Sagem SH1 would be more useful if you are talking in a loud room because it has a very effective system of removing the noises. So you will not have to shout or even raise your voice when talking to somebody.
Jabra had no problem in transmitting voice but you had to talk really loud so that your friend on the other end could understand you. I think that this is the most important difference.
Conclusion
This is one of the most difficult parts of the review because you should decide for yourself what you need. If you want to have a good stereo Bluetooth headset you need one of these. However, if you are going to use it more for your home multimedia system and not talk in loud places you are going to need Jabra 620s because it has more control buttons. If you are going to use this gadget with your cell phone more often than at home then you are going to need the Sagem SH1. It is up to you to decide which one you really need.
