In this case, the only readers to whom we should address here are those who actually already decided to get an X-Slim X600. One thing I liked about MSI notebooks was that they tend to not overprice what they are selling. X600 costs 799.99 USD at Amazon, enough to step to step back and think over purchase ones again.

Gateway rolls out its fresh series of very bargain-like notebooks. With prices varying between $499 and $599 you get incomparably better specs than not considerably cheaper Asus Eee PC 1008HA Seashell. You must have heard the news about Intel’s new Core i7 processors released at IDF. Lenovo has already launched some of their long awaited and long rumored gadgets. This totally shows the advantage of living in the western part of the globe – it is not yet lunch time, and there we are, guys from the East, who are usually first to get all the interesting stuff, have already shown what they had for today. This is what we got – at the event in Taipei Lenovo has announced availability of the following: an ultra-thin IdeaPad U350 and an All-in-One C300. In Lenovo they say this two are the future because ultra-thins are going to have from 30 to 40% of the notebook market, same amount for normal notebooks and the rest is for netbooks.

The Pulse Smartpen has an ARM 9 processor and a high speed infrared camera with a Dot Positioning System (DPS) that works with the Dot paper Notebook. The micro dots printed on the paper tell the Pulse Smartpen where a user is writing or taping.

Just in couple of weeks from now Toshiba is going to add a new model of notebook to its shelves. Named Qosmio G50W it is a very slight refinement of G50. Qosmio G50 was released quite a considerable time ago and since its very first days has already gone through variations with hardware and model name. BenQ launches its newest portable 11.6-inch netbook. It is called Joybook Lite U121 Eco. The netbook is powered by 1.33 GHz Intel Atom Z520 processor. It has a high quality 1366x768 resolution screen with 16:9 aspect ratio and HDMI output. The Joybook Lite U121 Eco has the optional six-cell battery and it can work up to eight hours.
