Samsung has started the day with their new notebook family announcement. To give it a short review I’d say five out of six new Samsung notebooks are perfectly margined for faceted for studying needs which means they are not too big, not small, not too posh and not too humble. The sixth one however is a netbook and doesn’t share key features its bigger brothers have: Intel Core i-series processors and NVIDIA Optimus graphics technology. Samsung has done a great job keeping most of that goodness under a thousand dollars and only top models barely exceeding this level. Continued with exact MSRPs and full specs.

We are happy to report that rumors around Samsung Fascinate smartphone were correct and it really is due out in the middle of the next week. Fascinate from the Samsung’s Galaxy S line-up is getting ready for Internet launch on Wednesday, September 8 and will appear on shelves in a store near you right on the next day. Samsung India has revealed the worldwide first solar powered mobile phone. This solar powered model can be easily used in sun lit areas. This environmentally friendly cell phone is already available in the Indian market to be rated as one of the biggest worldwide growing markets.

Samsung debuts with new sports audio player YP-U5. It has no video plug-in or other multimedia possibilities. The audio player intended only for playing audio files. Samsung YP-U5 is focused on those people who watch their figure. The orientation on sport is obvious at first sight. The compact case is made from a strong plastic with the big multifunctional navigating button. Also the monochrome display is in a good contrast with case. Well, it looks like we finally got our selves a leak from Samsung of their upcoming replacement for Omnia PRO B7320. The B7330 has been rumored around the Web for a wile now, so we know that most of specs represent a steady progress of its predecessor. And now fresh photos do the same thing with design. So far, we can say B7330 is less thick, has a slightly bigger screen, keyboard has been changed a bit but still is a QWERTY. Omnia PRO B7330 will come out in October for a price we can only guess. Well, there you are then – a piece of triumph of common sense and substance over almost anything else a mobile phone is able to house and feature in its body. Samsung has prepared all new 512 gigabyte SSD based on toggle-mode DDR NAND memory. What does it mean? Well, for end-user it means 250 MBps and 220 MBps sequential read and write speeds respectively and lower energy consumption than industry’s standard.
