But who wants to spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars for overpriced gym equipment that's so bulky it barely fits in your room? Why bother with a bunch of dumbbells when you can get a better workout lifting your own weight? Just place it between the doorframe and your own body weight will keep it in place. You never have to drill holes or attach fasteners.
