Dell Inspiron 1525

May 30, 2008
Dell notebooks are seen usually as computers for work, because Dell is basing very much on corporate contracts. Fortunately Dell, remembered about simple users and Inspiron 1525 model is a proof for this.

This model is firstly distinguished for variety of colors that are available: black, red, yellow, and brown, pink, green.

What is offered?

Firstly, integrated GMA X3100 graphic excludes more pretentious games. The positive part comes from the CORE 2 DUO T7250 processor and DDR2 memory of 3 GB. The 15.4 inch (i.e. wide) screen has a 1440 x 900 native resolution. 250GB SATA hard disk can store enough information and for the backup we have 8X DVD Writer. Such facilities as HDMI or Bluetooth are also present. Dell Inspiron 1525 comes with Free DOS operating system, i.e. without any operating system.

Why do I like it?

- Colors for all tastes
- HDMI for the LCD TV from the living room
- Fast processor, sufficient memory, voluminous HDD
- Design
- The prize is OK
- Integrated webcam saves you from threads

Why do I not like it?

- Those 2,7 kg are rather heavy for me
