Now it’s Dell Adamo that is the world's thinnest laptop computer at around 0.65 inches thick (High Definition; 720p) WLED display. ADAMO means "to fall in love with" in Latin. It’s a subnotebook concentrated on industrial design and mobility.
The laptop is ultra-slim and easily portable which is made of top-of-the-line materials. It was released on March 17, 2009 in the US. Full-size keyboard with back-lighting and scalloped, metallic key cap design. Adamo is produced in two colors, "Pearl" and "Onyx with a price of 99.99 which makes it a luxury laptop. But it does not seem to be intended for mass production as the target audience is style-minded aesthetes, looking for intricate detailing.
Dell rivals Apple MacBook Air by presenting its expensive laptop and demonstrating those advantages that MacBook Air is lacking: removable battery and Ethernet port. But in case of battery being removed, you should visit a service center.
