Dell designs laptops for billionaires. Will you fall in love with ADAMO? Dell unveiled its new luxury, high performance laptops. Now it’s Dell Adamo that is the world's thinnest laptop computer at around 0.65 inches thick (High Definition; 720p) WLED display. ADAMO means "to fall in love with" in Latin. It’s a subnotebook concentrated on industrial design and mobility.
The laptop is ultra-slim and easily portable which is made of top-of-the-line materials. It was released on March 17, 2009 in the US. Full-size keyboard with back-lighting and scalloped, metallic key cap design. Adamo is produced in two colors, "Pearl" and "Onyx with a price of 99.99 which makes it a luxury laptop. But it does not seem to be intended for mass production as the target audience is style-minded aesthetes, looking for intricate detailing.
Dell rivals Apple MacBook Air by presenting its expensive laptop and demonstrating those advantages that MacBook Air is lacking: removable battery and Ethernet port. But in case of battery being removed, you should visit a service center.
