Located in Singapore, this nice looking “National Heart Center” turns green following its new sustainable technologies as well as clean energy advancements. Its architecture is designed to be a flexible construction. Due to all day light, the power consumption is reduced. This national center is scheduled to be built by the end of the year 2012.
The national heart center incorporate a 10 storey building with first six floors housing medical facilities while the rest four floors designed to be used for staff training as well as research. Floating gardens produces natural ventilation which is very good for in-patients. Due to omnipresent plants, it is now possible to provide more clean air by means of filtering carbon dioxide with less energy needed for cooling reasons.
So-called floating gardens are also designed to give social connectivity with natural light as well as healing views.
