Thus, when the concept is being parked it transforms and locks up for security, so you don't need any additional equipment like signaling apparatus or device that blocks handle arms. In addition to this it is enough adaptable to the user needs, can carry one or two persons and has a variable wheel base to make it more stable on the roads.
